Featuring Uprise Client

Lorraine Dawson is the WHS specialist at Tweed Council responsible for overseeing the change process. She noticed that rather than staff having a visible crisis, they were talking about ongoing smaller things like problems at home. Lorraine wanted to change the conversation about mental health to focus on prevention.
