Setting Goals In the New Year and Following Through

In the New Year after the holidays we often find ourselves wanting to set new goals. This could be anything from eating less to being more community minded. Through first getting clear about what our values are and then setting behavioural goals that are in line with those values we are more likely to find the motivation to keep it up. We will also talk about realistic goal setting and how undershooting your expectations might make you more likely to try again in the future.
