Mindfulness for Sleep

As counterintuitive as it may seem, this webinar explores the idea that trying to get rid of these thoughts may actually be a bigger problem than the actual thoughts themselves. We will start by talking through different ways of engaging or not having to engage with our thought process. Then we will learn to guide the attention where we want it to go through connecting with the present moment. The focus will be winding down for sleep, but these techniques can be used at any time of the day.
