Mindfulness for Sleep

Are you tired during the day, but still can’t sleep at night? This could be a sign of a taxed nervous system. This webinar will look at ways to resource the nervous system throughout the day and wind down further at night. We will talk about disengaging from internal conflict by allowing thoughts to come and go rather than trying to resist them. Then we will learn to guide the attention where we want it to go through connecting with the present moment. This session will be half info and half meditation so get ready to wind down and leave your stressors behind.
