In this Webinar series we continue to look into new types of meditation each month. As a participant you will learn about the history and intentions behind different styles of meditation. Each Webinar will also include a ten to fifteen minute live guided meditation. Breath based meditations are plentiful and common. Breathing is one of our most basic survival functions as a mammal on this planet. In this webinar, we will acknowledge the widespread use of breath for connecting us more deeply with any given moment and learn some of the most tried and tested ways of self-soothing. Breath is a tool we all have ongoing access to, this session will aim to hone our ability to use it.
