In this Webinar series we continue to look into new types of meditation each month. As a participant you will learn about the history and intentions behind different styles of meditation. Each Webinar will also include a ten to fifteen minute live guided meditation. Visualisation meditations are often focused on relaxation, including supporting the process of falling asleep. The most common visualisations take us to a picturesque and relaxing scene, such as a beach, meadow or a fluffy cloud filled sky. Other types include visualising light filling the body, a specific body part or even lighting up different chakras or energy points.
