In this Webinar series we continue to look into new types of meditation each month. As a participant you will learn about the history and intentions behind different styles of meditation. Each Webinar will also include a ten to fifteen minute live guided meditation. Lovingkindness meditation is based on Buddhist themes of compassion for all. Starting inwards we connect with our self-compassion before opening up to compassion for others within our community and finally for all beings. We will compare and contrast being compassionate to ourselves and to others and explore our own unique relationship to finding that balance.
