In this Webinar series we continue to look into new types of meditation each month. As a participant you will learn about the history and intentions behind different styles of meditation. Each Webinar will also include a ten to fifteen minute live guided meditation.Body scan is an embodied style of meditation. Through turning the awareness inward we naturally let the worries of the day slip away and find ourselves more calm and present. This practice can also help us to locate specific unease in the body and to gently work with it. Just engaging in this type of meditation one time can help us to see how much tension is held in the body on any given day.
