Making Self Evaluations Webinar

This webinar will be focused on making self evaluations. Let's face it, when asked to estimate or evaluate our own performance, we really just don't know how well we're doing. We either over-estimate performance due to self-serving biases, or under-estimate performance due to a tendency to use negative information far more than positive information. This webinar will explore the impact of these biases and how to both make and present a more realistic appraisal of yourself.
