Vanessa is a psychologist with over 10 years experience, primarily working with members of the Australian Defence Force. She is interested in working with people in a variety of situations, from working with individuals who want to improve their performance in various domains, to supporting people going through significant life challenges to experience better mental health. Vanessa has not always slept great, which is why she is passionate about strategies that assist with sleep. She also appreciates that it can be the first priority to address, as everything is harder when you aren't sleeping enough!
