In this session, Eddy will be looking predominately at Attachment Theory. This theory proposes a model of how early experiences can shape an individual's personality. Eddy will be focusing on how different attachment styles might influence different people's work styles, as well as potential stressors they might face in the workplace.
This session is ideal for individuals who encounter stressful work situations, or managers who are interested in learning how best to support different people within their teams.
