We all want to maintain healthy habits, but breaking bad habits and starting new habits can be terribly hard. However, we know that one of the most powerful aspects of a healthy habit is when we begin to do them subconsciously - that is, we do them without needing to expend mental energy, effort, and motivation. In looking briefly at the anatomy of habits in general, Eddy will examine one perspective as to how to adopt and maintain a healthy habit.
