During this webinar we will look into the idea that a good sleep routine starts as soon as we wake up. Getting the body into a rhythm and trying to stick to that rhythm day by day helps to train the autonomic nervous system to release the right hormones at the right time. We will explore some factors that would hopefully contribute to your good night’s rest. This will include suggestions of what could be beneficial to add to your daily routine, as well as what you may want to think about restricting. This session will wind down with a short mindfulness based activity, but we will go deeper into that aspect the following week during Mindfulness for sleep.
