Marc de Bruin is a Registered Counsellor and Certified Life Coach, Trainer & Assessor formerly from the Netherlands. He has worked in mental health and well-being fields since 2004. Marc is results focused, assisting clients with restoring work-life balance and increasing overall happiness in life, using evidence-based and Mindfulness-based modalities. On Saturday or Sunday you may find him driving airport shuttle buses on the Sunshine Coast. It's his self care routine that allows him to cruise around a beautiful part of the world, chat with interesting people, and make some extra holiday money!
