Here's how we do it

Our customer wanted to make sure that all of their offices had access to our programs instead of favouring the head office and large sites. Since their workforce was distributed Uprise created a series of mini-launches instead of a single launch event. Uprise launched to all employees early in the year then groups of employees were onboarded consecutively within a two week period via webinars.

From the launch, the Uprise team collected testimonials from users and created a bespoke marketing campaign. This campaign was used by the HR/WHS team for the rest of the year to help team leaders run wellbeing checks in their teams and encourage employees to log in to learn one skill per month based on a wellbeing calendar.

Since this was the first time that the customer had implemented a wellbeing strategy within the organisation, Uprise recommended starting with manager training as this approach is supported by research. We delivered a series of 8 manager training sessions via webinar so that all managers could attend. The managers then felt better equipped to talk about mental health at work and de-stigmatise the topic when discussing it in their teams.

Uprise offers a range of mental health support options ranging from traditional therapy through to coach-guided mental fitness programs. The customer wanted to focus on teaching their team mental fitness tools via the app so that employees could build capacity. They also wanted any at-risk users of the app to be contacted by Uprise and referred to an Uprise therapist for phone-based or face-to-face counselling.
