Uprise addresses mental health in proactive ways as well as in crisis settings. The following are the ways in which you and your team can access capability building resources, coaching and therapy care through our app.
Personalised Needs-Based Care
Uprise uses a system called Stepped Care to provide personalised care and support based on the individuals unique wellbeing needs. Employees are stepped up to an appropriate level of care based on their wellbeing score.
Step 1: Wellbeing Check
Step 2: Digital Programs
Step 3: Coaching
Step 4: Therapy
Rapid Crisis Support
With Uprise, there are 4 different ways for employees to access help promptly via the Uprise app or desktop.
Book a therapy call
Request a callback
Fast and Accurate Wellbeing Assessments
The Uprise Wellbeing Check is 6 questions (<1 minute) based on the World Health Organisation scale WHO-5. The check can be done in the Uprise app or on desktop using a unique link for your company.
The personalisation algorithm calculates a Wellbeing Score that measures an individual's wellbeing relative to the population. This score determines the action taken and recommendations for that individual.
Proactive Outreach to Employees with Poor Wellbeing Scores
A wellbeing score of less than 35 is considered poor. All employees with a score of 30 and below will receive a call from an Uprise psychologist within 24 hours of assessment. The psychologist will conduct a risk assessment and refer them to appropriate services including telehealth counselling, medical services or an existing company EAP.

Online booking simplifies the process for employees and reduces the barriers they have to accessing support.
