How long does the licence last?

What reporting do you provide?

We provide wellbeing levels, changes in levels over time as well as a list of psychosocial hazards and changes in hazards over time. Hazards are based on SafeWork NSW’s published research and include factors such as job design issues, job control issues, lack of resourcing, issues with managers or co-workers, remuneration issues, workload capacity etc.

How do you sign up participants?

We provide you with all digital launch collateral and a comms plan. Most company’s launch using an EDM campaign that we provide in a staged approach starting with a message from leadership. We can produce unique codes for as many business areas or locations as needed and reporting is unique to each code provided.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

We de-identify the data before sending reports and reports can only be generated if there were 10 or more responses for each group or instance of the check
