Four calls per user allows each participant to have weekly calls where there is a call to help the employees learn and implement each skill. However, we’ve had excellent results from just one call per participant. Most companies cap the number of calls at a maximum of 2 or 3 per participant where some employees will only use 1 but some will use all 3. You’ll only be charged for calls that are used and unused calls can be rolled over.
The Uprise Bootcamp program involves digital content plus coaching via phone.
The app content was created by a team supervised by Dr. Jay Spence, the founder of Uprise. Dr. Spence completed his PhD in online treatments for mental health. We conducted a review of the scientific literature and ranked the most effective psychological skills. The 4 most effective skills are included in the program. Week 1 is thinking, 2 is behaviours, 3 is mindfulness and 4 is stress management.
Prior to a coaching call, participants are encouraged to watch a video that teaches a mental fitness skill. During the call the coach will show them how to use the skill and create a plan for them to implement it during the week. Most participants use the calls to address a currently stressful situation so they can use the skill to deal with it effectively.

Yes, the licence covers 3 months of access per user.
We provide de-identified quarterly reporting on utilisation, causes of stress, psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, wellbeing and stress outcomes, presenteeism, absenteeism and turnover changes as well as employee engagement and performance outcomes.
