Stepped Care has something for all employees, and is proactive when they need help. It is an evidence-based support framework that matches all employees with the appropriate level of care based on unique needs and preferences.

Uprise builds trust into our relationship with companies and employees due to strict confidentiality agreements. We never share any information that would personally identify an employee without their consent. Where employees need more urgent care, Uprise reaches out to them directly.

STEP 1

Wellbeing Check

The first step is the interactive wellbeing check exercise. It allows employees to quickly check in on their wellbeing score relative to the population.

STEP 2

Wellbeing Score

Based on their wellbeing score, the employee is stepped up to the appropriate level of care. The Uprise personalised algorithm provides intelligent recommendations based on risk, needs and preferences.

High Risk

Employees who are currently experiencing very low wellbeing and/or have a current mental illness. Uprise psychologist calls back within 24 hours to check in and support with accessing care

Recommendation

Case management by psychologist, referral to therapy or existing EAP

Moderate risk

Employees with wellbeing across a wider spectrum. Uprise focuses on early engagement with these employees to prevent problems from occurring

Recommendation

Access therapy, coach-guided digital programs or coaching

Low risk

Employees with high wellbeing in the thriving category. Uprise focuses on capacity building to teach skills so that they stay well.

Recommendation

Finding the perfect match

It’s important that an employee can build rapport and trust with their coach or therapist. To make the process simple, employees are automatically assigned a coach when signing up.

At any time, employees can change their coach quickly and easily in the Uprise app. Employees can choose based on their preferences, availability or select a specific area of expertise.

Skills Development

Learn coping strategies:

Employees build capability by accessing an evidence based toolkit. It is available on-demand in the Uprise app. The content is supported by psychological research and starts with four core foundation skills on wellbeing skills and coping strategies.

Tailored learning:

Once employees have learnt the core foundation skills, recommended content is tailored to their needs and preferences in the Uprise app. Employees receive reminders and recommendations on the next skill that is most suited to their interests. The Uprise coaches can also recommend skills based on their insights.
