A daily practice is incredibly personal. There are no rules that tell us what that practice should look like. This talk will aim to promote the benefits of having some kind of intentional daily routine which may include movement, exercise, mindfulness, stretching or all of the above. We will discuss how to figure out what style is right for you, how to set realistic goals and why routine is important. We will also talk about how to be motivated and yet have self-compassion when it is necessary to re-evaluate your goals. Whether you already have a high-energy exercise routine and you could benefit from a grounding practice or if you are just opening up to the idea of fitness and need something to help you build up momentum a daily practice could be a great addition to your life.
