  • BEGIN 'STARTING SKILLS' AND MEASURE YOUR BASELINE

    Opt in to the 'Starting Skills' series to learn 4 skills in 4 weeks via 4 minute videos. Answer a 5 minute questionnaire so we can measure your baseline levels and track your progress.

  • COMPLETE THE 'MINDSET' MODULE

    Complete a module by watching the video and completing the exercises

  • PRACTICE THE SKILLS

    Practice using the Mindset skill that you learned in the module throughout the week.

  • COMPLETE THE VALUES MODULE

    Log in and complete the Values module this week. Practice the Mindset and Values skills as much as you can manage.

  • COMPLETE THE MINDFULNESS MODULE

    Complete the Mindfulness Module and practice the Values and Mindfulness Skills this week

  • MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS AND COMPLETE THE STRESS MANAGEMENT MODULE

    Complete a 5 minute questionnaire that creates a graph of your progress since you started. Complete the Stress Management Module and practice the Mindfulness and Stress Management Skills this week

  • START THE 'ADVANCED SKILLS' SERIES

    Choose a series from 'Advanced Skills'. Each series contains between 1 and 7 weeks of content.

  • CONTINUE WITH THE 'ADVANCED SKILLS' SERIES

    Continue to complete the modules in the series that you've chosen, or start a new one. Continue to practice the skills that you find beneficial each week.
