What Customer Service Options Does Uprise Provide?

We have a local account management team who are available via email and our 1300 number from 11am to 8pm to support customers with account and technical questions. For account issues the standard turnaround time is the following business day and for technical inquiries or issues we endeavour to resolve most issues the same day depending on the nature of the issue. 

The crisis phone line is staffed 24 hours per day and the manager support line is staffed in business hours.
