Uprise is about making sure that all your staff have the skills training and support to feel good about themselves and others... and that includes you and your team. We are here to help you at every step of the way to make sure that Uprise reduces your stress as well. 

HERE ARE THE STEPS...

  • MEET THE TEAM, STAKEHOLDER MEETING, LAUNCH!

    1. Recruit key stakeholders and provide contact information to Uprise to set up stakeholder video call
    2. Uprise delivers stakeholder video call to explain program and the launch process to key staff
    3. Uprise provides launch pack of digital collateral for review (videos, images, emails with embedded signup code)
    4. Half of digital collateral sent prior to launch presentation
    5. Uprise provides launch presentation to staff
    6. Second half of digital collateral sent after launch presentation
    7. Uprise sends utilisation reports for initial weeks

  • CRITICAL INCIDENT RESPONDING SETUP (OPTIONAL PAID ADD-ON), WELLBEING CHECK 1

    1. Wellbeing Check 1
    2. Call to discuss set up of Critical Incident Responding if purchased

  • SET UP STAKEHOLDER MEETING 2, WELLBEING CHECK 2

    1. Wellbeing Check 2
    2. Recruit for Stakeholder Meeting 2 where Uprise will present first quarter outcomes, review processes and present plan for upcoming months. Send contact information for attending staff to Uprise, who will set up 45-minute video call

  • STAKEHOLDER MEETING 2 FOR QUARTERLY REPORT, WELLBEING CHECK 3

    1. Uprise presents first quarter results in 45-minute video call to key staff
    2. Wellbeing Check 3

  • MANAGER MEETING, LAUNCH MANAGER TRAINING, WELLBEING CHECK 4

    1. Uprise provides recruitment pack to set up manager meeting
    2. Recruit managers and send contact information for attendees to Uprise to set up manager meeting video call
    3. Uprise delivers manager meeting to give a short overview of Uprise and the manager training program with instructions for getting started
    4. Send out manager training recruitment emails
    5. Manager training commences
    6. Wellbeing Check 4

  • SET UP STAKEHOLDER MEETING 3, WELLBEING CHECK 5

    1. Send attendee information for stakeholder meeting 3 to Uprise
    2. Wellbeing check 5

  • STAKEHOLDER MEETING 3 FOR QUARTERLY REPORT, WELLBEING CHECK 6

    1. Uprise presents second quarter results at stakeholder meeting 3
    2. Wellbeing Check 6

  • SET UP ALL STAFF MEETING, WELLBEING CHECK 7

    1. Provide Uprise a date for an existing all staff meeting where Uprise can present results to date or Uprise can provide your team with a presentation that you can deliver yourselves
    2. Wellbeing Check 7

  • ALL STAFF MEETING, SET UP ANNUAL REVIEW MEETING, WELLBEING CHECK 8

    1. Uprise presents at all staff meeting to drive utilisation (or your team presents using the presentation provided by Uprise)
    2. Provide Uprise with attendees for next stakeholder meeting to for annual review
    3. Wellbeing Check 8

  • STAKEHOLDER MEEING FOR ANNUAL REVIEW, WELLBEING CHECK 10

    1. Uprise presents quarterly results and annual review (discussion of progress and planning for next year)
    2. Wellbeing Check 10

  • SET UP MANAGER MEETING 2, WELLBEING CHECK 10

    1. Recruit for second manager meeting for the year to drive utilisation for manager training program and send attendees to Uprise to set up video call
    2. Wellbeing Check 10

    1. Uprise presents manager meeting 2 to give an overview of Uprise and the manager training program plus instructions for getting started in the manager training program

  • NEW & REFRESHER DIGITAL PROGRAMS + ONGOING MANAGER TRAINING + WELLBEING CALENDAR EVENTS

    During year 2 we aim to have established a calendar of wellbeing events that provide a timeline to introduce new digital programs and refreshers of past programs. Uprise has a commitment to developing new, evidence-based programs for release each quarter in order to continually upskill your workforce. Further manager training is a particular focus during year two with the aim of ensuring manager stress is well managed and managers can integrate mental health knowledge into their conversations with team members.
