Uprise has a strong commitment to data security and compliance and has passed security tests to work with financial institutions such as ANZ Bank. Uprise is always opt-in so that it is an engagement between the employee and Uprise.

  1. Uprise collects identifying information: name, email, phone number
  2. Uprise collects sensitive information. This information is not highly sensitive as there is no information that can be used to form a diagnosis nor any medical information. The most sensitive information is about current stress levels and current wellbeing levels. An example stress questions is "(Have you) felt as though difficulties were piling up so high that you could not overcome them". An example wellbeing question is "I have felt cheerful and in good spirits"
  3. On the spectrum from medical/treatment vs education/coaching, Uprise falls on the education/coaching side. Uprise does not collect information regarding treatments but provides education about evidence-based mental fitness skills and coaching to facilitate learning and practicing those skills.
