Uprise was developed at UNSW by founder, Dr Jay Spence and has traction competing in the outdated employee counselling (EAP) industry. The technology detects and supports employees who need psychological support before they reach crisis point, which competitors currently can’t do. Uprise is two years old and customers include Lendlease, Telstra and PayPal among others as well as a new partnership with Medibank.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our high performing team.

THE ROLE

As our Sales Manager you’d be responsible for:

  • Planning, preparing and execution on B2B enterprise deals

  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

  • Communicate client needs to the product team for future enhancements

  • Understand our competitors offerings

  • Assist with hiring and training additional sales staff as we grow

  • Success metrics of customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales

  • Provable track record of delivering on sales targets

  • Able to get on the phone and progress leads after initial Linkedin/email contact

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferable but not necessary)
